a personal tea to me. something that was born from the ashes of loss & death, in the softening knowing of mortality and love’s place within this world.
I was inspired to blend these two as an experiment of equilibrium, and what we discovered was very much that. the dance of two different regions and the energetics of each respective tea had wed the void together to become something that inspired the name and imagery of this tea- the archive of information and wisdom of two old worlds holding cohesively and openly in company of one another. 

 

upon clearing storage in china, we discovered some unpressed remains of one of our old best sellers from the void encompassing collection.

this shou is thick, sweet and full of youthful vitality. we often blend this with temple smoke & return for a rounded, grounded but spritely medicine.
