this is a 2023 white tea comprised of two iterations of the same harvest. one sun dried, one semi shade dried. the shade dry lends to the body and deeper profile of the tea, often found in aged white tea.
caffeine is synthesised within tea to protect itself from predators- so given its environmental upbringing, this tea is significantly less rich in caffeine, though the theanine is still potent, making this tea a rather floaty one & a good tea for the evening!
